Rive Ice Rink "La Cabane" in Nyon

Nyon, Vaud

Every winter, a covered ice rink is set up by the lake in Nyon: it's "La Cabane," located at the Place des Fêtes de Rive. Free entry, skate rentals for children, hockey lessons, and a warm refreshment stand. A friendly ice outing, with your feet almost in the Léman.

Alpage Trail

Above Bassins, the Alpage Trail is an educational loop through the pastures and forests of the Vaud Jura. Picnic areas, mountain huts, and panoramas over the Lake Geneva basin: a free family walk that smells of mountain air and AOP cheese.

In Saint-Cergue, PPP Rando introduces families to the world of sled dogs. On the agenda: meeting a pack of huskies and cani-hiking, a walk pulled by the dogs, possible on snow as well as off snow. From age 5, by reservation.
