Who are we?

Patouch is a Swiss association committed to preventing all forms of violence against children and teenagers. For more than twenty years, it has been developing practical, free and accessible tools to help children grow up safely, to strengthen parents' skills and to support professionals facing these situations.

Convinced that prevention starts at the youngest age, Patouch addresses essential topics such as emotions, setting boundaries, bullying, self-confidence and seeking help. Its approach is positive, caring and adapted to children's ages. It encourages dialogue within families and gives everyone the means to act.

Free tools for children and families

Choupisson

Choupisson is a free magazine for children and the people around them. Each issue explores a major prevention theme, such as emotions, respecting boundaries, self-confidence or bullying, through stories, comics, games, crafts and activities to do as a family. Designed by specialists in prevention, psychology and education, it is an excellent starting point for opening dialogue with children. It is published twice a year and distributed free of charge in French-speaking Switzerland.

Toolbox

The Patouch toolbox offers free educational sheets, activities and practical resources for children, parents and professionals. Organised by theme and by age, these materials, available in 3 languages, make it easy to address topics that can be sensitive. They help children recognise problematic situations, express their emotions, set their boundaries and ask for help when needed.

Helpline and support services

Because it is not always easy to know how to react to a worrying situation, Patouch provides a helpline offering a listening ear, advice and guidance. Children, parents, relatives and professionals can find caring support, information and concrete ways to deal with a situation of violence. When needed, we also offer support appointments for parents or children in our support centre in Sion or remotely. This service is free.

Patouch app

The Patouch app brings together all of the association's resources in a single free space. Users will find the toolbox, educational videos, audio books, games, a calming-down area, the Patouch Zones and quick access to help and emergency numbers. Designed for everyday use, it supports families and professionals in their prevention efforts.

Patouch Zones

The Patouch Zones form a network of trusted places across French-speaking Switzerland. Shops, companies, restaurants, institutions and practices that join the network commit to welcoming and supporting anyone, child or adult, who feels in danger or unsafe. Thanks to this network, everyone can easily identify a place where they can find help, be listened to and be directed to further support if necessary.

NoWay!

NoWay! is an educational video game for young people aged 10 and up. It will be available free of charge at the end of 2026. By immersing players in situations inspired by everyday life, it will invite them to reflect on the consequences of their choices and to discover strategies to recognise, prevent and defuse situations of violence or bullying. Its goal is to develop young people's psychosocial skills in a fun and immersive way.
