Each winter, on the pedestrian square of Anzère, an open-air ice rink welcomes families, free of charge. At the foot of the mountains, at around 1,500 metres of altitude, you lace up your skates and glide in a village atmosphere. The playground and the snow-garden magic carpet are right next door: everything is gathered for a family winter outing, without any fuss.

It's the ideal place for first steps on the ice: children put on their skates and move at their own pace, in a reassuring setting. Free access means you can come as often as you like, for a quick glide between two activities. A simple, joyful winter outing, to share as a family.

You hire your skates (at the Jacky Sport shop), step onto the ice and glide. The atmosphere is friendly, in the heart of the resort. As the rink depends on the weather, it's best to check conditions on site. All around, the playground and the snow garden round off the day.
