Ludothèque de Morges

Morges·Vaud

Attached to the Service d'Aide Familiale de Morges, the toy library on Rue de Couvaloup makes more than 1,500 games and toys available to families in the region. A real strength of the place: more than 300 titles marked with a DYS logo, aimed at children with language or learning difficulties.

Loans cost between 1 and 5 francs for four weeks, with an annual membership of 20 francs per family or a 100-franc subscription that includes the loans. Games can be reserved by telephone or by email, and special rates exist for schools, day-care centres and family childcare services.

Run by a team of twelve volunteers, including one qualified toy librarian, the library opens three afternoons a week, Wednesday to Friday, as well as the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 to 13:00.
